What we make

Hovenia DHM 1000 is pure dihydromyricetin (DHM) — the flavonoid found in Hovenia dulcis, the oriental raisin tree — at 1,000mg per serving. No proprietary blends, no filler, no mystery ingredients. Just the compound the research studies, at the dose the research uses, to support liver health.

Why we exist

Most recovery supplements either under-dose the active ingredient or bury it in a blend you can’t verify, then charge a premium for it. We wanted the opposite: a single, transparent ingredient at a clinically meaningful dose, priced fairly. This blog is where we publish the evidence behind that decision — the mechanisms, the studies, and the honest limits of what DHM can and can’t do.
